In the past years the previous Marathons helped draw attention to sickle cell disease and autism and served to increase awareness around this.
This year also Jawad Business Group aims to use the event to spotlight Autism Spectrum Disorder which is prevalent in the country of Bahrain.
RMA Middle East S.P.C employees have been attending for 3 years, this event to run for the cause.
All proceeds from the race will be donated to the Bahrain Autistic Society, a charity organization that aims to raise the community awareness about what is autistic disorder, and to encourage volunteer work to support autistic children.
