Warmest Greetings from RMA Fiventures!
Since the global pandemic from year 2020 to year 2022, it has
been especially challenging, with the global COVID-19 pandemic that has impacted everyone and brought about a fundamental shift in how the world as a whole functions. At the business level, this pandemic has had a heavy impact on operating modes and business plans, resulting in many necessary changes that we had to make and adapt to.
Our supply chain was hugely impacted; with upward pressures on material prices as well as logistical delays and costs. As a company that takes pride in and values our global human resource, closed borders and tightening immigration regulations compounded problems for us in terms of manpower shortage.
With the combined efforts of all our business stakeholders, we are glad to have persevered through the difficulties to push forth and keep moving forward. For the maintenance of sustainable growth in our recovering world, we continuously strive to elevate our business and achieve an equitable balance for all in our business environment.
