Founded on August 2, 2012, RFAP was established by a team of entrepreneur and engineer specialized in providing Energy & Infrastructure Solutions and Services serving Hydrocarbon Processing Industries, Natural Gas Off-take, transmission & distribution networks and Power Generation market since March 2000.
Over two decades, we are Subject Matter Expert in Design and Build of EPCC Turnkey Projects, Electromechanical Equipment Packages, Process and Environmental Analysis Systems.
After delivery of EPCC scope, our Life Cycle Services, LCS, encompass comprehensive offerings to guarantee reliability and sustainability of what we have developed and delivered to our clients.
With our inclusive core competencies, we are capable to deliver reliable, efficient, and sustainable energy services to end users through Design, Build & Operate of Multi Energy Decarbonized Power Generation facilities that combine renewable and conventional sources.

2012 Establishment
Fiventures (FVTS) was founded on August 2012 by a team of entrepreneurs and engineers with decades of expertise in Hydrocarbon Processing Industries, Natural Gas Off-take and Transmission Infrastructure.
2013-2015 Project Awarded
Awarded several EPCC Turnkey management and EPCC Electromechanical Equipment Packages projects for Natural Gas Off-take and Transmission Infrastructure.
2015 Strategic Merger
RMA Germany has acquired a significant stake in FVTS, resulting in a Strategic Merger. As part of this development, the company has been rebranded as RMA Fiventures Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. (RFAP), strengthening our direct role as a main contractor across the Asia region.
2016 – 2017 Strategic Resource Management
Engagement with advanced technologies to actively support decarbonization initiatives within Singapore’s energy sector.
Market expansion and development in Hong Kong, Malaysia and other Southeast Asia countries.
2017 – 2019 Hong Kong On-shore Natural Gas Connecting Infrastructure
Awarded EPCC Turnkey contracts for the modification of the brownfield site and the development of the greenfield Natural Gas Connecting infrastructure.
Secured a repeated EPCC Turnkey contract in 2019 for the development of the greenfield Natural Gas Connecting infrastructure.
2019 – 2020 Hong Kong Off-shore FSRU Connecting to On-shore Project
Awarded EPCC Turnkey contract for On-shore Natural Gas Connecting Infrastructure at a Power Generation Infrastructure and Telecommunication Systems connecting between On and Off-shore Infrastructure.
2021 Singapore Tri-Generation Plant
Awarded EPCC Turnkey Multi-Energy Decarbonized Power Generation facility project.

2024 – 2025 Singapore – Awarded Highest Annual CPMS Score as TOP FIVE Contractors
Obtained the highest overall annual score: Contractor Performance Monitoring System (CPMS) awarded from a national utility group.
