Role Overview

The Supply Chain Senior Engineer / Executive supports both the Project Execution and Life Cycle Services teams in delivering turnkey EPCC scopes of work. The role ensures that all supply chain needs are met in a timely, cost-optimised and compliant manner.

Requirements / Pre-requisite

  • Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant qualification.
  • Experience: More than 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge and hands-on experience with mechanical components (valves, pipes and fittings), electrical equipment, cables, instrumentation and process control systems. Familiarity with contract terms and conditions and good understanding of financial terms and commercial conditions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities. Good command of written and spoken English. Chinese language skills are an added advantage for smooth communication with Hong Kong and Mainland China vendors and clients.

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring smooth coordination between procurement, logistics and delivery.

Overview

We seek a competent and safety-focused Mechanical & Piping Site Engineer to ensure the field execution of mechanical and piping systems for a major natural gas project in Singapore. Experience coordinating complex construction activities in a live plant environment is required. Experience in planning or supervising lifting operations is an advantage for coordinating critical equipment installation.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on site engineering experience in mechanical and piping construction within oil & gas, petrochemical or related heavy industries.
  • Technical skills: Familiar with Singapore WSH (Lifting Operations) Regulations and lift planning processes; proficient in ASME / API codes; able to read isometrics, GA and P&ID drawings; understands welding, NDE and pressure testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • QA / QC: Inspect materials, fabrication, welding and installation. Witness and sign off hydrostatic / pneumatic tests, leak tests and functional tests. Manage NCRs and drive corrective actions. Maintain quality records, test packs and as-built documentation.
  • Safety & coordination: Enforce PTW and site safety rules per Singapore WSH Act. Conduct safety and workmanship inspections. Coordinate with Civil / Structural / E&I for interface management. Liaise with client / consultants / vendors.

Role Overview

The Service and Commissioning Engineer role is a hands-on position that requires active involvement in projects and solid technical grounding, especially for commissioning and service activities.

Requirements / Pre-requisite

  • Education & Certificates: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in project engineering and plant servicing, including start-up, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair work. Experience in process automation for Oil & Gas and/or Natural Gas Transmission & Distribution and/or Power Generation industries is required. Experience in EPC environments and in commissioning rotating and non-rotating equipment is an added advantage. Site exposure involving multi-disciplinary engineering backgrounds is beneficial.
  • Technical Knowledge: Able to use commissioning tools such as HART communicators, insulation testers and multimeters. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Education & Certificates: Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in PLC Programming and industrial automation. Experience in EPC related environment/industry is an added advantage. Hands on experience with Allen Bradley, Yokogawa and/or Emerson PLC’s is an advantage. Site experience involving multi-disciplinary engineering background would be advantageous.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in using commissioning tools such as HART Communicators, Insulation Testers, and Multimeters. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer for industrial products and solution business. Prior sales experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Power Generation industries is advantageous.

Overview

The Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer is a safety professional responsible for protecting lives and preventing harm to property and the environment. WSHOs support the organisation’s WSH procedures by conducting safety checks to ensure compliance with organisational and legal standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant industry experience (manufacturing, construction and oil industry processing environment preferred).
  • Certifications: MOM registered WSHO license. QEHS Internal Auditing (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is significantly advantageous.
  • Technical Knowledge: ISO knowledge and implementation. Familiar with local regulatory requirements.

Overview

The WSH Coordinator supports the organisation's Workplace Safety and Health procedures by conducting safety checks, monitoring daily work practices, gathering worker feedback, evaluating workplace risks and hazards, and escalating safety issues for corrective and preventive action.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Secondary School.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant industry experience with live plant exposure as WSHC (Oil & Gas / Construction preferred).
  • Certifications: WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B). Lifting Supervisor. First Aider.
  • Driving License: Class 3 License preferred.

  • Assist WSH Officer in implementing ISO 45001 and safety management systems on site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, and executing commissioning and start-up activities for works in power generation, onshore receiving facility, gas transmission and gas distribution projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers and Engineers in handling E&M projects, including tendering, design work, schedule planning and site inspection.
  • Coordinate with clients and contractors for permits, site measurements, quotations and follow-up site activities.
  • Liaise with relevant parties for work schedules and method statements of installation works.
  • Conduct site checks to ensure work quality, safety standards and good housekeeping are maintained.
  • Implement and monitor Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) systems.

Role Overview

The QAQC Engineer provides on-site support for multiple clients and ensures quality compliance for client projects as well as the company’s Quality Management System.

Requirements / Pre-requisite

  • Education: Higher Diploma or above with major in Quality or Engineering disciplines. Qualified as welding inspector and/or painting inspector.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant QAQC experience in welding works of piping, vessels and structures.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of NDT processes and sound welding knowledge for steel structures, vessels and piping.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese; excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders and documenting processes.
  • Work Style: Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented, self-motivated, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Willing to work at construction sites and power plants.
